General Warranty
VeeTail warrants that its products meet the stated specifications and are adequately constructed and packaged and conform to the promises and affirmations of fact made within its catalogues, advertisements and formal product descriptions, including the VeeTail web site. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED) INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WARNING: Customer acknowledges that VeeTail has thoroughly explained the hazards involved in the use or improper use of its products as set forth in the manufacturer's instruction manual delivered to the Customer with every product. Customer assumes all risk and liability resulting from Customer modifications made to the product after purchase, or the use of such products other than as set forth in the manufacturer's instruction manual.

In no event shall VeeTail's liability for breach of any warranty, express or implied, exceed the purchase price of the individual item sold. VeeTail shall not be liable for any other damages, whether direct or consequential.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If Customer is not completely satisfied with any newly purchased and unmodified VeeTail product, Customer may, within thirty (30) days of purchase, request a full refund or an equal value exchange upon return of the original purchased product.

Customer modified products will be handled on an individual basis and may be returned for refund or exchange consideration. Any refund paid to Customer will be at VeeTail's sole discretion, based upon the ability to restore the product to its original manufacturer's specifications.

In no event shall VeeTail resell previously purchased or returned products without express disclosure that such products have been returned and are being resold.

Shipping Damage
VeeTail has made every effort to check each product for quality and performance integrity before shipment. If products are damaged in shipping, and Customer promptly reports such damage to VeeTail, VeeTail will replace the damaged product without charge, and free of any shipping charge to Customer, upon receipt of the returned product.

Return Policy
Returns are Easy. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Ship to the address indicated below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
